The Real Housewife of Scottsdale on the Importance of Estate Planning

Mandy Holmes is a wife, mother, business owner, and creator of the lifestyle blog The Original Real Housewife of Scottsdale. She and her husband recently worked with Mazza Law Center to create their estate plan, and she writes in her characteristically frank manner about her experience: “Danny Mazza and his team are experts when it comes to setting up the proper legal documents that protect you, your family, and your estate. Whether you’re a baller or a regular joe- you need a plan. Mazza makes the uncomfortable conversations easy and provides a sense of security throughout the whole process, which by the way is quick!”

She describes the sheer importance of estate planning, especially for young families with children: “If you’re reading this, you’re likely someone with a family or someone planning on having a family someday. That’s why this is important stuff to talk about! Estate planning was a scary concept when someone asked me if we had a plan in place for our child if something were to (god forbid) happen to us. The answer was “No, we’ll get around to that someday.” The more I talked to my mom friends the more I found out how important is really is to safeguard your assets during your life. I started the research on where to begin (because, clearly this is something that doesn’t come up very often and I was CLUELESS!) Luckily, I was SO fortunate to get referred to the Mazza Law Center in Scottsdale that specializes in family law and estate planning… I feel such  sense of relief to know all these huge questions have been answered the way my husband and I would want them to be.”
